The Function Room is FREE to hire once your application has been accepted.
There are a lot of Fridays available this year so you may wish to consider the Friday's as an alternative to the Saturday nights for your Function
There is a deposit of £100 Cash to be paid once your function has been approved. This is returnable to you 2 days after your function if there has been no damage to Club property
To hire the Function Room at the Club, the following process is in place.
Contact the club on 0151 632 3035 to check availability
Next, complete the online form on this website giving as much detail about your function as required using the text boxes in the form. When you have completed the form, click on SEND FORM.
Your request will be considered at the next Committee Meeting, which are held fortnightly on Monday evenings. The Secretary will contact you to advise you of the outcome.
If successful, you will be requested to pay the cash deposit within 2 weeks of the confirmation of your booking. The confirmation will include a copy of the terms and conditions of hire.
ALL MUSIC MUST CEASE AT MIDNIGHT
